The work combined a full rewire, distribution, power, lighting, EV charging, CCTV and network provision, coordinated across a large property and alongside the wider project team.

The Property
A substantial riverside home with a notable past.
Set on the Thames in Pangbourne, the older property was undergoing a major renovation across its principal living, bedroom and basement spaces.
The riverside property has a notable history, having previously been owned by Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page.
The Challenge
Starting again with the electrical installation.
Ageing wiring meant the existing installation needed to be stripped back and effectively rebuilt. The task was to create a comprehensive modern electrical and lighting foundation for the renovated home while coordinating work across a large property and alongside other trades.

The homeowner had clear ideas for how the finished home should look, work and feel. As Danny puts it: “She had all the ideas and we worked together to make it happen.”

Lighting was delivered throughout the property, from integrated kitchen and cabinetry details and bedroom fittings to feature bathroom lighting, exterior lighting and the ceiling LED treatment around the indoor pool.
The finished photographs show how the lighting supports each space without turning the project into a technology showcase.
